In this class you will:

• Slice and level your sponge cake before stacking and crumb coating. 
• Get a perfect chocolate buttercream.
• Add a smooth chocolate buttercream outer layer. 
• Make flat fondant eye details
• Make 3D fondant ears
• Make and Handpainting fondant nose
• Pipe buttercream hair tufts and boarder

We will provide Warm and soft drinks. Feel free to bring your own festive tipple if you would like. 

We will also have festive snacks available.
