Good Luck Cupcake Decorating Class

You will get to decorate 6 cupcakes with a Good Luck theme and learn cake-decorating techniques that can be used over and over again. 

In this class you will learn the following:-

• How to make 3D icing elements, 
• How to pipe buttercream using various nozzles,
• How to mould icing to give a raised effect,
• How using small elements can create depth, 
• Impression techniques,
• How to use paint using lustre dust,
• How to core and fill cupcakes,

You will receive an information sheet after the class with this month's chosen recipe (Chocolate Chip) and a list of all tools used. 

All equipment, cakes and aprons will be provided.
