Pancake Day Cupcake Decorating Class

You will get to decorate 6 cupcakes with a Pancake theme. How to make the icing look like streaky bacon, Ministacks of pancakes and a picnic-style blanket too. You will learn cake-decorating techniques that can be used over and over again. 

In this class you will learn the following:-

• How to make 3D icing elements, 
• How to pipe buttercream using various nozzles,
• How to give texture to icing, 
• How using small elements can create depth, 
• Moulding techniques,
• How to use petal dust for a more realistic look,

You will receive an information sheet after the class with this month's chosen recipe (blueberry) and a list of all tools used. 

All tools, equipment, cupcakes and aprons will be provided.
