Winter Scene Cake Class

In this class you will:

• Slice and level your sponge cake before stacking and crumb coating. 
• Add a smooth white chocolate ganache outer layer. 
• Learn how to get sharp edges
• Make 3D fondant decorations
• Hand pipe royal icing
• Iced and ribbon a cake drum

This is a long course to allow the time needed for the details and setting etc. We will provide Warm and soft drinks. Feel free to bring your own festive tipple if you would like. 

We will also have festive party snacks available but please do feel free to bring along a packed lunch with you.
