At Heart and Soul Boxed, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent.

Being that our products are customer made food items we have a no refunds or return policy but if you have any issues with any of our products please do not hesitate to contact our team to help.
Every box that is sent out will have an ingredients and allergens list on the base of the box.
Although we have some free from products available our kitchen is not a free from kitchen and there are allergen listed products and supplies in our kitchen so these are not recommended for those with a sever allergy.
