3D Buttercream Penguin Cake Class

In this class you will:

• Slice and level your sponge cake before stacking, carving and crumb coating. 
• Adding a smooth buttercream outer layer. 
• Marking out detail lines
• Handpiping 'fluffy' penguin coating
• Making fondant face and feet details
• Finishing touches personalising such as holly and berries or bow on your penguin. 

We will provide warm and soft drinks. Feel free to bring your own festive tipple if you would like. 

We will also have festive snacks available.
