Working in the cake industry for more than 11 years in our local area we just couldn't keep our delicious treats to ourselves. The urge to share them UK-wide was too strong so we took the plunge did some testing and trialling with postage and perfected new recipes and here we are now. Our 5-star food hygiene rating can be seen on the scores on the doors website to give you peace of mind we keep everything to a high quality. Every single product we produce is personally taste-tested by Sarah to make sure they are always perfect. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it and you can't trust a skinny baker right?! She insists it's all for the brand.
