Couples Valentines Cupcake Decorating Class

This class is designed for couples and your ticket will be for 2 people. You will get to decorate 4 cupcakes each with Valentine's theme and learn cake-decorating techniques that can be used over and over again. 

In this class you will learn the following:-

• How to use cutters for icing elements, 
• How to pipe buttercream using various nozzles,
• How to mould icing to give a raised effect,
• How using small elements can create depth, 
•  Using coloured dusts to create shading
• How to use Lustre dust effectively,
• How to core and fill cupcakes

You will receive an information sheet after the class with this month's chosen recipe (Raspberry and White chocolate) and a list of all tools used.
