About the event
The children will get to decorate 4 cupcakes with an under-the-sea theme in a design suitable for their age. They will learn cake-decorating techniques that can be used over and over again.
In this class they will learn the following:-
- How to make 3D icing elements,
- How to pipe buttercream using various nozzles,
- How to create embossed icing
- How using small elements can create depth,
- Moulding techniques,
- How to use petal dust for a more realistic look
All tools, equipment, cupcakes and aprons will be provided.
